Mark Hartzheim is the President and Founder of Hartwood Homes, Inc.

Mark Hartzheim’s love of carpentry began 20+ years ago.  After extensive experience in building, remodeling, woodworking, pattern making, and finish carpentry, Mark realized his true passion was to create uniquely inviting, quality-crafted homes.  In April 1994 Mark founded Hartwood Homes; an organization built on the principle of designing a home which reflects the lifestyle, tastes, and desires of the homeowner(s), combined with high quality construction and value.

Hartwood Homes’ slogan “From Design Through Construction.” says it all.  Mark prides himself on his ability to listen to a client’s dreams, combine those with the client’s daily lifestyle, personal decorating taste, and property characteristics to design the perfect home.  His experience as a highly qualified finish carpenter lends to his ability in overseeing even the minutest detail, ensuring quality craftsmanship that truly stands the test of time.
