building custom homes (to suit)
for clients on their own lots.
Therefore, we do not have any spec
homes for sale. If you would like
to pursue a personally designed
floor plan, please contact us to
arrange a meeting with Mark
Hartzheim and our
architect/designer. Additionally,
if you are interested in either
using or modifying a floor plan
from one of our previously
completed homes, we will be happy
to provide you with a quote for
building that home on your
property.

Since
there are so many variables
involved with planning and
building a home, it is difficult
to advise as to the actual price
per square foot. Some of these
variables include drafting of
blueprints and the number of
redrafts involved until the final
plan is approved, current cost of
materials and labor, and whether
or not the home is a ranch or a
multi-level home. Please contact
us for a ballpark price per square
foot based on current conditions
and cost of materials. We also
will be happy to meet with you to
provide a detailed quote based on
a more in-depth discussion of your
plans.

depends on the size of the home,
the weather, etc. Typically we can
build your home in 4 months.

Hartwood
Homes does have sub-contractors
that we prefer, we know their
quality of work and work ethic.
But, yes you may bring in your own
sub-contractors. We just ask that
they supply us with a certificate
of insurance.
